Refund Policy

At Beauty Status, we only offer refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:

- Unopened Products (cosmetics, adhesives, adhesive removers)

- Items Damaged During Delivery

- Incorrect Items Received

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind or personal preference.
Opened training kits and used products are strictly non-returnable.

To be eligible for a return:

- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

- If your item arrives damaged, please email photos and your order number to: contact@beautystatussupplies.com.au

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email regarding the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Order Cancellations

- Orders can be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped.

- A 10% restocking fee applies to cancelled orders that have already been packaged.

- Orders that haven’t been packaged may be cancelled at no charge.
